This versatile plant has uses that extend far beyond its ornamental properties.  Cultivated for perfumes and cosmetics to preserves and confectionary, the Rose is extensively used in herbal medicine.

An aroma of freshly picked elderflowers.

To taste, the sweetness of elderflower is complimented by a gentle hint of rose.

The finish is refreshing and slightly sharp from the addition of quinine.
