Fearless Paloma
The Paloma is Mexico's favourite drink and interest has recently surged in the UK… the Paloma is now seeing an influx of consumers migrating from other agave serves like the Margarita which is seeing an uptake in demand from consumers appetite to see this serve on menu. Of course, this one is a Fentimans take, with a nod to our fearless approach to creating exquisite drinks in the title and in the liquid with our Rose Lemonade.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Del Maguey Mezcal
- 25 ml Lime and Mint cordial
- Fentimans Rose Lemonade
- Lemon wedge
Method
- Add the Del Maguey Mezcal, Lime and Mint Cordial into a glass filled with ice and stir
- Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade
- Garnish with a lemon wedge
