Ingredients

  • 200ml Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 12.5ml Cinnamon Syrup (ideally Monin)
  • Garnish with cinnamon

Method

  1. Pour the cinnamon syrup into a highball glass over ice.
  2. Top up with Fentimans Ginger Beer and stir gently.
