Ingredients
- 200ml Fentimans Ginger Beer
- 12.5ml Cinnamon Syrup (ideally Monin)
- Garnish with cinnamon
Method
- Pour the cinnamon syrup into a highball glass over ice.
- Top up with Fentimans Ginger Beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with a stick of cinnamon.
