Ingredients
Fentimans of choice
50ml Mezcal
25ml Lime and mint cordial
15ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
Garnish with lemon and optional salt rim
Method
Salt rim garnish a high ball glass.
Build with ice.
Add 50ml Mezcal.
Add 25ml lime and mint cordial.
Add 15ml of sugar syrup.
Top with Rose Lemonade, Victorian Lemonade or Gently Sparkling Elderflower.
Garnish with lemon.
