Speculoos Ginger Eggnog

Celebrate the festive season with our indulgent Speculoos Ginger Eggnog! This rich and creamy cocktail blends the warm, spiced flavours of Speculoos with the zing of Fentimans Ginger Beer, creating a sweet and comforting drink perfect for winter gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 120ml Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 45ml Rum (we recommend Kraken)
  • 25ml Cinnamon Syrup (we recommend Monin Speculoos)
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Egg White
  • 30ml Double Cream
  • Biscoff biscuit (for garnish)

Method

  1. In a shaker, combine the egg yolk, egg white, rum, and cinnamon syrup
  2. Shake well until mixed
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass
  4. Top up with 120ml of Fentimans Ginger Beer
  5. Gently mix and garnish with a Biscoff biscuit for a delightful finish
