We’re delighted our Ginger Beer featured in a Valentine’s Day cocktail masterclass  on ITV's Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh (1 hour 22 minutes into the programme) within their Best of British segment.

"This is gorgeous" proclaimed Alan and who are we to disagree! The cocktail features Two Lasses Yorkshire Spiced Rum. 

 

Ingredients

  • Two Lasses Dark Spiced Rum
  • Fentiman’s Ginger Beer
  • Lime (squeezed)
  • Cubed ice

Method

  1. Add the Two Lasses Spiced Rum and Squeezed lime into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice, then shake and strain into a glass filled with ice
  3. Top with Fentimans's Ginger Beer
  4. Garnish with a slice of lime
