Ingredients

  • 200ml Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 50ml Havana Club Cuban Spiced Rum
  • 25ml Apple Juice
  • 10ml Salted Caramel Syrup
  • Garnish with apple slices

Method

  1. Pour the Cuban Spiced Rum, apple juice, and salted caramel syrup into a highball glass over ice.
  2. Top up with Fentimans Ginger Beer and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with fresh apple slices.
