For this year’s summer party we were lucky enough to have a dry day, in what seems to have been an endless period of rain enabling us to hold a Sports Day.
A brilliant opportunity to bring the whole team to Hexham for the afternoon. Having been working with Insights personality types for some time now, the teams were created using the 4 colour profiles. A fifth team was also created which mixed the types up.
There were lots of stereo-typical insights colour traits visible throughout the day, however it was the Cool Blue team (analytical and logical) who came out victorious to be winning team on the day. The day ended with some drinks and a burger, with lots of chatter about the days events.
